Today, January 12, in the framework of the wine festival "Red wine", the International Tourism Conference started in Mukachevo. In the history of the festival it is the first such conference.
The topic of the meeting is "Winery – as part of sustainable development of tourism in the Carpathian region." The participants are wine makers from Transcarpathia, Hungary, Slovakia and Austria. In total, about 50 participants attended the conference in Mukachevo.
The participants were welcomed by the mayor of Mukachevo Zoltan Lendyel, and the deputy chairman of the regional council Andriy Serbaylo. At the event, the guests from abroad and Transcarpathian wine makers shared their experience.
Also at the conference they presented the research of Mukachevo State University "Innovations in tourism as a way to successfully promote wine products" and draft of "Carpathian tourist route."
