Officers of the Mukachevo Police Department identified the persons involved in the attack on officers of the Patrol Police Office in Transcarpathian region and opened a criminal proceeding over this incident.
A group of people in Mukachevo resisted officers of the Patrol Police Office in Transcarpathian region performing their official duties. Investigators of the Mukachevo police department opened a criminal proceeding over this incident under Part 2 of Art. 345 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (intentional infliction of mild or moderate injuries to a law enforcement officer or his close relatives in connection with the performance of official duties by such officer). They face up to 5 years imprisonment.
The investigation continues.
