In Mukachevo, the municipal police purchased a tow truck with manipulator crane. A tender was announced for this. The cost of the tow truck "MAN" is 730,000 UAH, – the director of the company "Municipal police" Vyacheslav Roman informed.
There is no similar vehicle in any city of the region. It will be used to tow cars parked with violations of traffic rules and standing in the way of other road users. The tow truck equipped with the crane will be able to tow cars with blocked wheels that have automatic transmissions and can not be moved using the winch. A car can be loaded on the platform and taken to the impound lot.
