In Mukachevo, municipal property will be sold exclusively through online auction

At the regular session of the City Council, deputies approved the terms of sale of small privatization objects 
Privatization will take place solely through the online auction system. Those are facilities at Wallenberg st., 52, Dukhnovich Sq., 15, Cyril and Methodius Sq., 7, Myr st., 13, Myr st., 20, Nedetseya st., 32, Sherehiy st., 11A. 
Prior to that, there was a competition for the selection of business entities to do the expert monetary evaluation of the real estate. This year, the city authorities have held several meetings with the heads of parliamentary factions and representatives of the Permanent Deputy Commission on Communal Property and Land Relations. 
The first such meeting took place in March, and it was stipulated that after the opening of a number of new facilities in the city, a number of premises would be vacated. In addition, after the inventory had been taken in the city, it was found out that many communal objects that were either not used or used not for their intended purpose. 
This list of property was analyzed by the deputies, who approved the list of communal property subject to privatization in 2019 – 2020 through an auction. The competition to determine the property value has already been held. The terms of the auction, list and description of the property will also be published in online and print media. 
The principal position of the city authorities is that evaluation of the property must be transparent, the sale will be carried out exclusively through online platforms "Prozorro", and the distribution of funds for the socio-economic development of the city will be public. In particular, in those areas where the sale of objects will take place.
