In Mukachevo district, a man stole a drill from his neighbor

The 40-year-old thief sold the stolen tool for 30 UAH.
 
A 46-year-old resident of the village of Kolchino reported a theft to Mukachevo police officers. The man said that in the afternoon somebody had stolen a power drill from his corridor. The man estimated the damage at 500 UAH.
 
Local policeman serving this settlement established the identity of the thief. It was a 40-year-old neighbor of the applicant. The man confessed to his crime and explained that he had sold the stolen tool. He received thirty hryvnia for the drill and spent it.
 
Physical evidence has been seized. The investigation department of Mukachevo city police started criminal proceedings under Art. 185 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (theft). The preliminary inquiry is ongoing.
