In Mukachevo, a man was beating a dog (VIDEO)

The video was posted on one of the Telegram channels. 
The man was beating and screaming at the dog. Concerned residents of the city filmed the crime and contacted the police.
The alleged offender was found by the patrol policemen on the same day, near his place of residence, and taken to the Mukachevo Police Department to determine all the circumstances of the incident.
The man is suspected of a criminal offense under Article 299 of the Criminal Code (Animal abuse).
