In Mizhhirya district, two hundred employees have been legalized

Since the beginning of the year, in Mizhhirya district, 192 employees, who previously received wages "in envelopes", have been legalized. This was announced at the press conference, by the head of the STI in Mizhhirya district Olena Solodovnyk.

         The problem of payment of wages "in envelopes", ie bypassing the tax service, is not a new phenomenon, but for the mountainous region it is particularly painful.

         – We conduct extensive outreach on this issue and have achieved understanding by employers and employees, – Olena Solodovnyk said. 

         Another important issue discussed at the briefing was the administration of single social contribution by bodies of the Ministry of Income. By the way, during the first 9 months of this year, in Mizhhirya district, it has increased by 7% compared to the same period in the last year.   Mizhhirya tax officers took up new duties with utmost responsibility. Since the reporting on a single social contribution will be carried out mainly electronically using a special software, and in Mizhhirya district currently not all entrepreneurs are able to do that, the district STI found a way out. For these taxpayers, at the service center there will be a special computer, using which they will be able to report on time in accordance with the law.
