In late August, four men broke into the house of a local businesswoman. They tied up the woman and stole from her house 2,000 UAH, 800 EUR and gold jewelry.
All the persons involved in the crime have been identified. They are a 21-year-old resident of Khust without criminal records, previously convicted 25-year-old and 24-year-old residents of Khust district and a 22-year-old resident of Khust. The latter was notified of being suspected under Part 3 of Art. 187 of the Criminal Code, ie robbery combined with breaking and enetering. The man faces imprisonment for a term of seven to twelve years with confiscation of property.
Physical evidence was seized, the other perpetrators of the crime will also soon be notified of being suspected.
