Vandals destroyed a monument at the grave of Oleksandr Blestiv (Gaydamak).
The incident occurred on January 10, in Steblivka.
This was announced by deputy of Khust City Council Mykola Annyshynets, posted the photo on his page on facebook and added: "The incident which proves that anti-Ukrainian forces are disturbing the quiet and peaceful life in the region."
According to our data, this is the third time this sign suffers from vandals. Overall, the wave of provocative acts of vandalism have been spreading in Khust district: the sign "Khust" was painted in the colors of so-called "Rusyn" tricolor, the monument to Sich members, slabs on the graves of the heroes of the Carpathian Ukraine were smashed. Only in one case, the police reported that the offender was identfied.
Recall that a few months ago, in the central square of Khust, someone broke the sign "I love Khust"
