Khust Interdistrict Prosecutor revealed and made two reports on corruption of administrative offenses against two officials of the local government of the district under Part 1 of Art.172-4 and Art.172-7 of the CAO.
Thus, according to Khust interdistrict prosecutor Serhiy Zovdun, "These administrative violations were found out in one of the village councils of the district. The actions of the village head constituted violation under Art.172-7 of the CAO (failure to report a conflict of interest), and the actions of his subordinate – under Part 1 of Art.172-4 of the CAO ("Violation of statutory limitations on engaging in business or other paid activity (except for teaching, research and creative activities, medical and judicial practice, the practice of a sports instructor").
Khust district court considered administrative proceedings against a local government official for holding concurrent positions and imposed an administrative penalty in the from of a fine and forfeiture of the earned income from the concurrent job.
The report on thw administrative corruption offense against the village head is still pending at the Khust District Court
