In the evening, December 30, an ambulance was called to the intersection of Kolhospna street in Khust. There was an accident involving a VAZ-2106 and an "Opel Vectra", where one of the passengers was a child.
At the scene of the accident, law enforcement officers determined that the driver of the VAZ-2106, turning from Kolhospna street to the bypass road of Khust, did not make way for the moving car Opel Vectra. As a result of the accident, four passengers, including a 10-year-old child, with various injuries were taken to Khust district hospital.

Another accident took place the same evening in the village of Iza in Khust district. A 25-year-old driver, a resident of a village in Khust district, moving on the highway Khust-Mizhhirya, on the outskirts of the village of Iza hit a 59-year-old woman who was crossing the road. Doctors fought for the life of the woman, but failed to save her. The examination showed that the driver was sober. The vehicle was delivered to the impound lot of Khust City Police department.
