Khust Interdistrict Prosecutor initiated criminal proceedings over forgery and use of forged certificate by an entrepreneur to participate in the tender held by Khust District Hospital.
According to Khust Interdistrict Prosecutor Serhiy Zovdun, the preliminary legal classification of the committed criminal offense is Part 2 and Part 4 of Art.358 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
In addition, Khust Interdistrict Prosecutor said, if the evidence of a crime in the actions of the entrepreneur is found, in the future he will not be able to participate in public procurement under the provisions of Article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement".
The sanction of Article 358 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (forgery, use of forged documents) provides for punishment in the form of a fine in amount up to fifty tax-free minimum incomes, or arrest for up to six months, or imprisonment for up to two years.
