Yesterday, an entrepreneur from Khust complained to law enforcement officers that the day before an unknown person had unlawfully seized a minibus "Iveco", which was parked near his house.
The police found the bus in the village of Vyshokovo. Behind the wheel there was a resident of the village of Iza, which is registered with the psychiatrist and diagnosed with schizophrenia.
