In Irshava district, the UC defeated the “Solidarnist”

The party "United Center" received the second chairman of the district council.

Today, the second plenary meeting of Irshava district council of the seventh convocation took place. Two candidates were nominated for the post of the chairman – Viktor Symkanynets from the "United Center" and Petro Horzov from the ruling "Solidarnist".

As a result of the secret ballot, 24 deputies voted for Symkanynets. Horzov received only 10 votes.

In total, there are 36 deputies in Irshava district council. The UC received 12 seats, "Vidrodzhennya", "Solidarnist", "Batkivshchyna" – 5 seats each, "Yednist", the Party of Concrete Actions and the "Samopomich" – 3 seats each.
