Famous chocolatier Valentin Shtefanyo is preparing for the favorite holiday in Uzhgorod – the festival "Uzhgorod palachinta".

According to the Transcarpathian tourist, on the occasion of this event, Valentin presented a new product – Breton pancake "cannelé bordelais."

Recall that the winter festival is scheduled for mid-February.
