Yesterday, the village head of Dubrivka appealed to Uzhgorod district police with a complaint of robbery. According to him, around 16.40, a 35-year-old resident of the village, while being drunk, came in his office and, trying to receive a birth certificate for the child, started a fight during which he openly seized the mobile phone of the village head.
Police officers arrested the rowdy for committing this criminal offense and had him checked for the state of intoxication in the Transcarpathian regional drug treatment clinic. The piece of physical evidence – mobile phone – was seized and returned to the owner. The issue of preventive measure is being decided.
