At the crossing point on the state border "Chop-passenger station" of the Chop border guard detachment, while checking fast trains "Moscow-Bratislava" and "Moscow-Budapest" border guards found with Turkish citizens and a female Congo citizen passport documents of the Republic of Bulgaria and the Kingdom of Belgium containing signs of partial forgery and not belonging to their bearers.
The citizens are subject to administrative penalty under Art. 202, Part 2 of Art. 204-1 of the CAO for trying to illegally cross the state border.
Another incident occurred at the crossing point "Chop (Tisa)." Returning to Ukraine a passenger of "Ford", a citizen of Ukraine born in 1959, tried to cross the border with an other person’s passport.
However, the border guards found that the actual document did not belong to the bearer, the man committed the offense envisaged by Part 1 of Article 204-1 of the CAO. As a result, he was referred to the investigation department of Uzhgorod District Police.
