On Sunday, Bushtyno village celebrated the 644th anniversary of the first mention. The festival began with a joint prayer by priests of various faiths at the memorial, which is set in the center of the village in honor of its founders and the obelisk to the victims of the World War II.
Then, the official ceremony and the concert program took place at the stadium. The delegation from the city of Yasynov in Slovak Republic arrived. Therefore, at the celebration they signed a cross-border cooperation agreement.
The head of Tyachiv District State Administration Ivan Brynzyanyk gave villagers a valuable gift – a certificate for building a playground with artificial turf. When its arrangement starts is not yet known.
