In a week, Ukraine will switch to winter time for the last time, there will be no more daylight saving time

This autumn, the clocks in Ukraine will be turned back an hour at 4:00 on October 30. Thus, in the night from Saturday to Sunday, October 30, Ukrainians will have a chance to sleep one hour longer

The transition to winter time in Ukraine is carried out in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine №509 of May 13, 1996 "On the procedure for calculating time on the territory of Ukraine."

In 2016, the transition to winter time will be done for the last time – as reported by official sources, there will be no more clock resetting in Ukraine. The country will live by the winter time. Daylight saving time in Ukraine is canceled.
