In 2013, Uzhgorod will spend 444 million: This and other issues the executive committee decided in 6 minutes

Uzhgorod city council held its meeting on Wednesday, October 26 in the record 6 minutes. At the meeting they approved the draft budget of the regional center without any discussion and comments.

So, in 2013 it is planned to raise to the budget 444,757,000 UAH. Of these 381,090,200 UAH are in the general fund, 63,667,000 UAH are in the special fund.

Expenses from the city budget in the next year will amount to 444,450,000 UAH. The remaining 198,500 (the difference between revenues and expenditures) will also be allocated as a special fund. Now, this budget must be adopted by the deputies on December 28.

Also, the Executive Committee decided that the building at Teatralna sq., 7, in area of 85.1 sq. m. shall now be the property of Uzhgorod City Council. Recall the last time a representative of the prosecution objected to this decision, because that address is the address of the "Crown", and any action about it is prohibited. It turned out that the building is not related to the complex. So now it is owned by the community. Whether the city will sell it, we’ll see later.

Finally Victor Pogorelov invited members of the Executive Committee to come on Friday, December 28, at the New Year party to a private restaurant. Responding to the question of the "Zamok," whether the party by any chance is organized for budget money, the mayor responded negatively, saying that the staff of the city council payed their own money.

Considering how many questionable deals they have managed to make in Uzhgorod in 2012, we can only hope that Uzhgorod officials have enough money to have fun.
