Transcarpathians are advised to report gas meter readings through online services and save their own time

  Today, there have been many visitors in the premises of the Customer Service Center in Uzhgorod. Most of them came to report the amount of the gas consumed in December 2018.

692 of the 890 Uzhgorod citizens, who visited the Customer Service Center on January 2, came to report the readings. The "Zakarpatgaz" PJSC informs that you can report the readings using one of the online services. It takes just a few minutes. One of the available services is the "Personal Space" introduced in 2015.

Then, 4,620 Transcarpathians registered in it. As of today, this figure has increased 15 times and is equal to 70,382 consumers. Today it is 23% of the total number of consumers. "Personal Space" is a very convenient and modern service. By registering on the site 104.ua, you can fill in the readings of the gas meter.

Registration on the site is simple. To do this, you need to have an e-mail, know your personal account, as well as the amount paid for gas the last time (as an option you can specify the number of gas meter). By the way, you can sign up for this online service using the mobile app 104 Mobile (for Android)", – Tetyana Korolovych, the head of the Client Service Department of the "Zakarpatgaz" PJSC explained.

However, "Personal Space" is not the only service designed for this purpose. For customer convenience, readings can also be reported:

– by sending an SMS message to the short number 7104;

– via Viber-bot (step-by-step instructions are available here: https://viber.104.ua/ua/)

– by calling the CONTACT CENTER at (0312) 42-47-04 ; – using the IVR menu (round the clock, by the contact center number (0312) 42-47-04).
