Illegal importation of perfume to Ukraine was prevented at the border with Slovakia (PHOTOS)

Illegal transportation of a large batch of perfumes and curtains was prevented by border guards and customs officers at the checkpoint "Uzhgorod".
During the inspection of a truck MAN with Ukrainian registration entering Ukraine, the border guards, together with customs officers, found the discrepancies with the data stated in the documents. The vehicle was heading for entry to Ukraine with a cargo of "pieces of furniture". However, during the inspection, law enforcement officers found a significant shipment of undeclared cargo: perfumes, aromatic diffusers, curtains and cornices. Under current law, they were seized. The confiscated items included 784 packages of perfumes, 450 samples of perfumes made in Italy, as well as 40 pieces of textile products for a total amount of more than UAH 1 million.
