These photos were taken at 15.09 in Irshava. The Irshavka river in the city center. The peak has passed. Ice jam was recorded this morning, the water almost burst its banks.
But, in an hour, the water "broke through" and its level in the river dropped a bit. Some ice blocks of different sizes remained on the banks.
By the way, in the neighboring villages of Siltse, Kamyanske, that we passed through, we did not see people cleaning ditches near their homes. Although they all are covered with snow.
