The 68th concert season at the Transcarpathian Regional Philharmonic is nearing its finish. But before the closure, music lovers have an opportunity to see a number of exciting programs.
In particular, as part of the project "Weekend Music" the joint concert of the chamber and instrumental ensemble "Hungarian Melodies", the chamber orchestra and the soloist of the Philharmonic Olesya Haiduk (organ) will be held on June 14.
"Hungarian melodies (director – Anatoly Shtefko) will present Hungarian folk songs, instrumental music by J.Brams and excerpts from operettas by F.Lehar. Soloists – Onika Nagy (soprano), Angelika Gerber (mezzo-soprano), Diana Havata (cello), Vitaly Shulik (clarinet).
The Chamber Orchestra (director – Honored Artist of Ukraine Vladyslav Yurosh) will play pieces by M.Kolesa, I.Marton, O.Saratsky, A.Dvorak. Winner of the international competitions Olesya Haiduk will perform "Toccata" from the "Gothic Suite" by L.Belman and famous works of Bach.
Lilia Afanasenko (oboe) will play accompanied by organ.
Thus, the program is very varied and rich. The event will be hosted by the music historian Natalia PITSUR.
The concert starts at 17.00. For soldiers of the ATO, the admission is free.
