Hundreds of rounds of ammunition and drugs: detention of a drug dealer in Vynogradiv district (VIDEO)

Yesterday, on September 29, officers of the Vynogradiv police department detained a resident of the district center. According to operative information, the 44-year-old man was engaged in drug sales in the district. 
Police detained the offender at his home right after he had sold a dose of drugs to his client. Police investigators immediately conducted a court-sanctioned search of the house, confiscated substances similar to drugs, one and a half hundred rounds of ammunition, two TNT sticks with detonators, plastids and money allegedly obtained illegally as a result of sale of illicit goods. In addition, law enforcement officers found a large number of household appliances, power tools and mobile phones, possibly stolen. During the pre-trial investigation, police officers will establish the origin of the seized items and the purpose of their storage. 
The perpetrator was detained in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine and placed in a temporary detention center. The investigation into the case is ongoing.
