Non-Christmas weather is not an obstacle! The holiday has come to Uzhgorod!
Christmas in Uzhgorod is a good tradition: for the third year in a row, enthusiasts-amateurs sing carols in urban space in order to bring the spirit of the holiday.
The repertoire of the amateur collective, which comes together once a year, includes about 15 carols: those are traditional Ukrainian and special Transcarpathian Christmas songs. The idea of caroling for the townspeople brought together people of all ages and professions, including IDPs from the Donbas – Natalka and Yevhen Tsodikovs, who, as their friends say, have already learnt to sing with a genuine Transcarpathian accent.
Today, the group of carolers visited the military unit, businesses and families, in particular the mayor’s home, as well as entire apartment blocks. Residents of high-rise buildings would come outside, welcome the carolers and sing along with them.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
