How Uzhgorod was cleared from snow (PHOTOS)

From 8 pm on Thursday, December 1, to 8 am on Friday, December 2, 9 snowplows were working on the streets of Uzhgorod. According to the head of the MU "KSHEP" Ivan Dovbak, the main streets, all bus routes, and some sidewalks were cleaned. The roads were also sprinkled with antiglaze mixture.

The city authorities remind about the necessity to follow the street maintenance rules – namely, to remove snow and ice from the areas adjacent to private homes, businesses, organizations, and institutions (especially sidewalks). Employees of enterprises, organizations, businesses and owners of the houses bear responsibility for these works.

Once again, we appeal to drivers with a request to remove vehicles from the roadside and not to leave cars on the main roads in the evening and night, because they interfere with snow removal. You can see in the photos how it was done last night.
