How to survive New Year feast without consequences for the health: some simple rules

– New Year cannot be without a rich table. On the night of January 1, it is usually full of culinary delights, which often do not mix with each other. What to do if you want to try everything and not suffer indigestion?
 
 

It’s simple: you just need to sit at the New Year’s table bearing in mind a few rules introduced by PhD Farzan Kasumov.

Rule one.

 New Year feasts are dangerous not only because of the amount of food eaten and drunk, but also because because of the order of taking food and beverages, their combination.   To prevent the consequences of the feast spoiling your mood, take a light snack a few hours before the celebration. Vegetable soup, vinaigrette seasoned with oil or a simple porridge will do.

   

 Rule two.

 Do not start a festive meal with a salad of raw fruits and vegetables! Especially if it’s seasoned with mayonnaise. This is a common and dangerous for health misconception! Crude fiber is too strong test for pancreatic threatening the exacerbation of chronic pancreatitis or acute pancreatitis.

 

 Rule three.

 Eat exotic dishes and delicacies in small portions.You do not know how your stomach will react to a new food, so do not expose it to even more stress.

 Rule six.

 Avoid any soda. It stretches the stomach and oxidizes the contents. Otherwise, you will have heartburn and belching in addition to heaviness in the stomach.

 Rule seven.

 Try not to overdo it with spices, smoked and grilled dishes. They stimulate the gall bladder, which can lead to excessive production of bile.

 Rule eight.

 Prepare your body for a night banquet in advance. Three days before the holiday, start taking pills that stimulate the activity of the liver. On the New Year’s Eve, polyenzyme drugs will help facilitate the work of the digestive tract. Take them half an hour after the first meal.
