How the Migration Service of Transcarpathia works during the quarantine

During the quarantine period, the Transcarpathian Migration Service receives citizens only in exceptional cases. Work schedule:
The Main Office of the SMS in Transcarpathian region – from Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 15.00;
district and city units – from Tuesday to Saturday from 09.00 to 15.00.

Services are provided only in exceptional cases in the following areas:

• issuance of the passport of a citizen of Ukraine in the form of ID-card instead of a lost or stolen one;
• issuance of the passport of a citizen of Ukraine in the form of a card (ID-card) in case of urgent need to obtain public, administrative and financial services;
• pasting of photos into the passport of a citizen of Ukraine in the form of a book upon reaching the appropriate age;
• issuance of passports of a citizen of Ukraine for traveling abroad due to the need for urgent departure abroad related to the urgent need for treatment of the departing person, the departure of the person accompanying the seriously ill person, or the death of a relative who resided abroad.

FINISHED DOCUMENTS can be received in the usual manner during the office working hours. But we recommend that you do it AFTER the quarantine. All this time the finished documents will be kept in the office.
Reception of citizens in case of urgent need ONLY with masks and, if possible, rubber gloves.
