Victoria Lysyuk is the first wheelchair student in the history of Uzhgorod National University, who studied full-time. For her, there are no such words "I can not", "I do not want", her main words are "I can," "I know." She graduated from the journalism faculty.

"I try not to complain about life and to overcome all difficulties without public discussion, because it is the real wisdom, but I can not ignore what happened yesterday… I can not, because it is not my personal problem, but the problem of the whole society… Yesterday, in Uzhgorod, I called a taxi "PRESTIGE", the driver arrived, but when he saw that I was on rollator walker, he drove away. The argument of the operator was just killing: "You’re on rollator walker"… Is it an excuse to just drive away without saying a word?! It is sad that in our city not all people understand that everyone without exception has the right to live a full life! And the problem is in people’s mentality which needs to be changed radically!…
Important detail: rollator walker folds, there no problem with its transportation!"
