How much are Christmas trees in Uzhgorod? (PHOTOS)

However, there are always many conservative people who cannot imagine holidays without a natural forest beauty. And this is absolutely normal, because forestry farms grow fir trees for sale.  

It is at this time that fans of natural trees are heading to the markets to buy a green, fragrant forest beauty. So what are the offers at the Uzhgorod markets?

Let’s start with the cheapest fir trees that we saw. For example, you can buy these for 50-80 UAH.

However, most offers start with one hundred. And they are not small at all. And in this row, Christmas trees are 120 to 400 UAH. Depending on the height and thickness.

And you can always try to bargain.

Traditionally, small fir trees made of separate branches are also popular. They look good, and nature protectors can be comforted by the idea that there is no need to destroy an entire tree to make them.

Prices here vary. Starting from 100 hryvnias for a half a meter high…

To as much as five hundred hryvnias for a pretty, almost human-height tree.

But I advise you to pay attention not only to Christmas trees. Because I saw at the markets a wonderful, very moving proposition – real didukhs made of rye and wheat! Although, they are not cheap. 150 to 300 UAH. Here take a look:

And if you do not really need a tree at home, but want a fresh smell of fir trees, then you can buy separate branches that can be used as an element of creative homemade decoration. Even big ones are just 5 to 15 hryvnias.
