At the regular session of Uzhgorod city council, deputies plan to consider the draft decision "On liquidation of the public utility "Housing Area №1".
By the draft decision, it is proposed to terminate the activity of the public utility "Housing repair and operating area №1" (the city of Uzhgorod, Novak st., 10) by merging with the public utility "Housing repair and operating area №4" (the city of Uzhgorod, Polyova st., 4a). The pubic utility "Housing repair and operating area №4" will become the successor of the public utility "Housing repair and operating area №1".
The deputies will instruct the Head of the Department of Municipal Economy to set up a commission for liquidation of the company and to take the necessary organizational and legal measures for state registration of the legal entity change.
