Round-the-clock house arrest was imposed on the head of Vynogradiv District State Administration Rusanyuk. This was reported to the Mukachevo.net by Larysa Sargan, the spokeswoman for the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko.
Today, August 3, at the hearing of the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv, a pre-trial restraint was imposed on the head of the Vynogradiv District State Administration Mykhailo Rusanyuk.
Earlier, the General Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine, filed a petition for the official to be taken into custody, but the court made another decision, it imposed round-the-clock house arrest on Rusanyuk.
Recall that today, the head of the Vynogradiv District State Administration detained for taking a bribe was notified of being suspected. He faces up to 10 years in prison.
At the same time, the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration regards the events in Vynogradiv with the detention of the head of the Vynogradiv district state administration Mykhailo Rusanyuk as a gross, unprofessional and cheap provocation.
