Horses, polygon and shrimps in aquarium in a social camp for children (PHOTOS)

The world can be changed by making children happy, the activists of the NGO "Happy Children" believe. To this end, they organize summer camps for children. Thanks to the benefactors, children from socially disadvantaged groups can attend these camps. 

The camp program combines creative, intellectual and active physical components. Much attention is paid to moral and ethical issues. "This time, we were doing pottery, making dumplings, conducting a patriotism lesson at a military training ground, riding horseback, doing archery, making soap, spinners, looking for treasures during the quest in Uzhgorod castle, decorating aquariums and filming all that on video. There was so much staff, that I did not notice how the days had passed. I am very happy that the children are satisfied," – volunteer Alina Pishta said. 

Uzhgorod resident Beata, the mother of a nine-year-old participant, thanks for this opportunity, because the family cannot afford to send the child to a commercial camp. According to representatives of the organization, they decided to organize one more camp in August, which will be for children from socially vulnerable categories. The funds of the organization will be used for this purpose, but they are also looking for benefactors. For more information on this and other reasons matters, please call: 050-616-92-03, 066-693-45-15 or write at go.happykids@gmail.com.
