Honey at 120, cheese at 100 – Uzhgorod fair on the Saviour holiday (PHOTOS)

Another holiday is taking place in the regional center. This time the fair is called "Honey Saviour", but it is not much different from all the other ones – same striped tents on Nezalezhnist embankment, same barbecue, bograch, wine, gifts, just more honey and other bee products, and the same not very popular stage…

Prices bring no joy too – a liter of honey is 120 to 160 hryvnia. Brynza cheese with variations – salted, smoked or with herbs – is 100 hryvnia per kilogram, wine is 40-50 per liter. Currently, there are not so many people, but the weekend is ahead. Probably this is what the organizers and traders hope for. The holiday, if you can call it that, will go on on Saturday and Sunday.
