Home for holiday: on the eve of Easter, hundreds of people are waiting in queues on the borders with Transcarpathia (PHOTOS)

Mostly, those are Ukrainians, who study or work in European countries, and want to get home for holidays.

At the border crossing point "Beregsurany" on the Ukrainian-Hungarian border, hundreds of people are waiting to cross the border with Ukraine.

According to the people themselves, they have not seen such queues on the borders since the New Year’s holidays. Car queues to the checkpoints stretch for hundreds of meters.

Also, about 200 people want to cross Ukrainian-Hungarian border on foot. 

The same situation is observed at other checkpoints in Transcarpathian region – "Tisa", "Uzhgorod", etc.
