On Tuesday, April 11, at 16.00, in the Transcarpathian Regional Library, there will be the presentation of the 10-volume popular history of Ukraine in the series "History Uncensored" and the book "History of Ukrainian Troops" from the social educational project "LIKBEZ. History front."

The project "LIKBEZ" is the only national project for the promotion of the history of Ukraine in various formats: from the Internet and book publishing to videos. The project brings together leading historians from different cities and regions. The aim of the project is to promote the history of Ukraine in a variety of formats, since adequate vision of the past is the basis of Ukrainian identity and guarantees the unity of the country.

The exclusive outcome of the project is the first popular history of Ukraine in 10 volumes (series "History Uncensored") created over the year in cooperation with the publishing house "Family Leisure Club" (Kharkiv). The total press run exceeded 120 thousand, which is an indicator of a huge public interest in history.

Also, another achievement is the first in 80 years "History of Ukrainian Troops," which is necessary in the conditions of war for education of the public on the Ukrainian military traditions. The book contains 40 reconstructions of Ukrainian soldiers of different times by prominent contemporary graphic artist Oleksandr Komyakhov.

The edition will be presented by Kyrylo Halushko – the project coordinator, member of the Public Council under the President of Ukraine (Kyiv).

Details about the project can be found here: http://likbez.org.ua/ua/
