Hennadiy Moskal stresses: it was the newly appointed head of the Transcarpathian customs office who let “contraband” trucks from Slovakia to Ukraine

– The personnel changes initiated by the State Fiscal Service due to the suspension of the head of the Transcarpathian customs office V.Kolesnikov can not but make one wonder – the head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Hennadiy Moskal says. – Thus, the duties of the deputy head of the Transcarpathian customs, the head of the department for combating customs violations (in other words, "anti-smuggling department") are assigned to the current head of customs clearance department №3 of the customs post "Uzhgorod" Yevhen Shyshola. I want to remind that the reason for the suspension of V.Kolesnikov was the violations in the clearence of three trucks with various accessories that arrived to Ukraine on October 13 through the customs post "Uzhgorod". Ye.Shyshola at that time was the senior officer of the customs office "Uzhgorod", and it was under his supervision that a customs officer conducted the clearence of the trucks.

That is V.Kolesnikov, who physically was not able to control the clearence of each vehicle, was removed from office, and the senior officer, who let the trucks to Ukraine, was appointed as the acting deputy head of the customs office, the head of the department for combating smuggling. Those, who have brains in their heads, need no further explainations.
