Hennadiy Moskal has fulfilled 46% of his promise as the head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration

The web portal "Slovo and Dilo", which monitors information about promises and their fulfillment by leading politicians of Ukraine, has published the "Responsibility Rating" of Hennadiy Moskal, who has been the chairman of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration for two years. Here it is with minor reductions.
Today, July 15, the Governor of Transcarpathian region Hennadiy Moskal celebrates two years in this post. The analysts of the "Slovo and Dilo" have analyzed which of his promises in the post he has fulfilled, and which one he has failed.
In total, in two years Moskal has made 46 promises, of which he has fulfilled 21, and failed 6. Thus, the responsibility rating of Moskal as the head of Transcarpathian region is currently 46%.
It should be noted that his rating, taking into account the promises he made back before his appointment, is higher and is 55%.
The most important fulfilled promises of our governor are assurances that in 2016 the number of schools and hospitals in the region would not be reduced.
It should be noted that most of all the governor likes to give promises in the field of infrastructure – 10. In addition, Moskal often gives promises regarding national security and local self-government – 6 of each.
Moskal holds the honorable 4th place among the most responsible heads of the regions: only the heads of Dnipropetrovsk, Sumy and Cherkasy regional administrations – Valentin Reznichenko, Mykola Klochko and Yuriy Tkachenko – are ahead of him.
