The court’s decision can not be appealed – under this sauce, the former head of the Youth and Sports Department of the Regional State Administration, Ledyda’s protege Vitaliy Erfan returned to the office.

Recall that on Monday, August 3, the Enforcement Division of the Department of State Executive Service of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine sent the head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Hennadiy Moskal the official request to reinstate the previous head of the Youth and Sports Department Vitaliy Erfan, who was the head of the aforementioned department from March 10, 2011, but was dismissed on February 17, 2015. The decision on reinstatement was adopted by the Transcarpathian District Administrative Court on May 15 this year. Accordingly, the judgment can not be appealed.
