According to the Transcarpathian Center for Hydrometeorology after a period of warm, dry weather, in the second half of the day on the 12th and at night on the 13th of September, heavy rains, in some places thunderstorms are expected in Transcarpathian region. During thunderstorms, squally wind of up to 17-22 m / s. In the afternoon of September 12, temperature drop by 5-8 ° C is expected in most of the region.
On September 12-13, slight increase in water levels by 0.2-1.0 m is expected in the rivers of the region. In places of high rainfall, significant local runoff, rapid increase in water levels in small watercourses in populated areas is expected, mudflows may form.
