Transcarpathian regional office of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine fined health resort "Shayan" of 25,000 hryvnias in total for the abuse of monopoly power.
It was revealed that the company has established commercially unreasonable charges for a cubic meter of mineral water thus overstating its profitability.
The regional office obliged the defendant to stop the violation – informs the Antimonopoly Committee in Transcarpathian region.
