Head-on collision: in Khust district, a drunk driver caused a fatal accident

Rescuers had to be called to get the corpses from the twisted cars.

The accident occurred between the villages of Dragovo and Zolotarevo at around 17:00. The police did not report about this accident, and eyewitnesses in social networks claimed that one of the drivers was drunk and committed a deliberate frontal collision.

The first official information was provided by rescuers. They reported that they had been called to get the corpses of the car drivers out using the special equipment.

According to the rescuers, both drivers died. Both of them are residents of the village of Zolotarevo. One was 22 years old, and another one was 28 years old. By the way, besides the dead drivers, two passengers were also injured. They were hospitalized to Khust hospital with severe polytraumas.
