Workers of the Administration see him every day in the waiting room of the "governor" Lunchenko. Today, the newly appointed head of the headquarters spent almost half of the day in the administration building on Narodna Square.
The activity of Voloshin is primarily associated with the election to the Parliament. It is unclear however why election issues should be solved at the RSA during working hours.
