Has Uzhgorod been left without Soul?

Last night, Transcarpathian media space was rocked by the news of the death of the legendary ​​Uzhgorod dog, which the people called Soul. He participated in all the public events in the regional center: either concerts or fairs, or tours, or bike rides, or campaigns, or even rallies. 

Uzhgorod residents actively discuss the news in facebook.They suggest two theories.

The first one is that Soul became the victim of a dog fight. Others complain that perhaps the public utility again started poisoning stray dogs and Soul became a random victim… 

Notably, yesterday afternoon (and partly in the evening, around 18.30, he was seen alive and kicking at Uzhgorod Euromaidan), the dog was actively participating in the rally for the EU Association on Teatralna square.

In the Transcarpathian Internet space, they even suggested to make a monument to that good dog, which in a short time has become a real symbol of the city on Uzh. Some suggest to make a mini sculpture (like Svobodka, Mikolajczyk, Hedgehogs, etc.), while others – to make a life-sized monument (something like the monument to the famous dog Hachiko). 

All Uzhgorod residents and guests will always remember this animal… And everyone still have hope that Soul is alive… And all this is some terrible mistake…
