The current situation made changes to the first days of March that are traditionally festive in Ukraine. Given the total price growth, economic impoverishment, and most importantly, the Russian aggression, the celebration of a "peaceful" holiday seems not quite appropriate. Wrong! Spring is paving the way and gives hope!
This year, hope and optimism encouraged Transcarpathians to creativity. We have already told about librarians’ congratulations involving potential readers, charity fairs aimed at raising funds for defenders. And UzhNU students congratulated their women with handmade flowers.
Boys were giving gifts in the main university building. They worked hard – made over one thousand flowers. And to make the holiday for women not only pleasant, but also sweet, they put a chocolate in every flower.
