Beregovo Mayor Zoltan Babyak wrote on his Facebook page: "Yesterday, due to the emergency shutdown of two transformer substations, half of our city was left without electricity for a long time, which caused considerable concern among the inhabitants. Analyzing the situation with the chief engineer of Beregovo power company Victor Fodyosh, we found out that the city council and the mayor in particular are not included in the system of notification during serious power outages."
