Half empty buses… because of traffic policeman

Today, many Uzhgorod residents standing at bus stops are surprised to see half-empty buses passing them. Buses either do not stop at all or only let passengers out but not in.

Answering the question of the 7 dniv reporter about the reason of this unusual phenomenon (usually, buses are stuffed with passengers), a driver said: "Traffic police are checking. I do not want to take a risk."

As you know, in Ukraine, on May 20, the so-called "Bus" operation launched which runs until June 15. The "campaign" is aimed to improve the safety of passenger transport. A noble cause… Just one remark: don’t you have to ensure road safety at other times of the year too?
