H. Moskal topped the rating of responsible heads of the regional state administrations

The All-Ukrainian web portal "Slovo i Dilo", which monitors the information on promises and their fulfilment by leading politicians of Ukraine, has published "The Rating of Responsible Heads of Regional State Administrations". The head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Hennadiy Moskal topped the list.

According to the "Slovo i Dilo", in total, H. Moskal has fulfilled 62 percent of his promises, another 15 percent is in the process of fulfilment.

The top five of the rating is as follows: Hennadiy Moskal (head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration), Yulia Svitlychna (head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration), Mykola Klochko (head of the Sumy Regional State Administration), Yuriy Tkachenko (head of the Cherkasy Regional State Administration) and Konstyantin Bryl (head of the Zaporizhzhya Regional State Administration).
