The catalog of graphic works of the coryphaeus of Transcarpathian art – Gavrilo Gluck – will be presented next week.
On Thursday, December 6, at 16:00, the catalog "Gluck. Graphics" will be presented in the Art Museum.
Recall – Gavrilo Gluck (1912-1983, since 1947 was living and working in Transcarpathia) is one of the most famous artists of the region. In his work he mostly focused on working people. Thus, his outstanding painting "Loggers" painted in 1954 won the gold medal of the worldwide exhibition in Brussels. The realist painter was also an outstanding graphic artist, master of drawing. It is this legacy that will be presented in the catalog.
